QZH Cage Drinking System
QZH Cage Drinking System can supply sufficient clean water for birds. QZH Cage Drinking System consists of the following parts: front water supply, drinking system, suspension, regulator, and water end parts. The drinking system can be equipped with H-cage, A-cage, egg cage, broiler cage, duck cage, etc.
The water line is designed based on the customer's needs to ensure a perfect fit with the chicken cage. Each chicken in the cage is guaranteed to have a sufficient water supply. The nipple drinker is installed in a reasonable position to not only make sure the chickens can drink conveniently, but also will not interfere with the chickens' activities.
1. Front Water Supply
The front water supply contains a pressure regulator, a water meter, and a water filter with a diameter of 32mm to provide more water supply, and dose medicine. The application of these devices enables birds to drink the best quality water.
2. Drinking System
According to the specific size of the chicken cage, we can design PVC drinking pipes of different lengths from 1m-4.5m. During installation, the drinking tube with a rubber ring at one end can be inserted directly. The space inside the pipe joint can prevent the tube from extrusion and deformation caused by heat expansion and cold contraction.
3. Suspension
The drinking lines are suspended by a lifting winch at the front end. You can adjust the height of the water line according to the drinking habits of chickens at different stages of growth. The whole line is easy to lift and lower.
4. Regulator
The regulator is installed at the front of the cage and can supply water to 8 layers of cages. The pressure is stable and there is sufficient water supply even at the end. With the installation of pressure regulators, we can provide stable and hygienic drinking water to many 8 layers and 6 rows of broiler houses. With a colored float within the transparent water level tube for monitoring the water pressure, the regulator can satisfy different periods of birds.
5. Water End Parts
The indicating tube is made of durable and anti-resistance plastic. End kits with a flexible transparent tube to display the water level. There are springs around the end kits to avoid damage caused by incorrect operation. Using end kits is convenient to clean the water pipe.
6. Intelligent Watering Control System
The intelligent controller specifically equipped for the cage water line can control up to 64 water lines for one-touch flushing. It eliminates the risk of climbing high in the upper water lines and also enables automatic dosing, automatic flushing, and automatic high-temperature water exchange.
7. Chick Drinking Bowl
The conveniently disassembled chick drinking bowl provides chicks with drinking water within a week after beak breaking, alleviating the discomfort brought by beak breaking. It is easy to install and disassemble, replacing the traditional vacuum drinking bowl. Reused watering bowl saves labor and reduces storage space.
